ADAM SULLEY-BOARD CHAIRMAN

Adam has over 25 years of successful professional business experience, across industries and he is also a proven trainer having been a resource person in executive programmes at China European International Business School (CEIBS) and other institutions in Ghana. He is an astute marketing practitioner accredited with both local and international awards. He is a Fellow (FCIM) of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and was awarded International Branch Chairman recognition in 2005. Adam is a Certified International Retail Banker (CIRB) and Fellow of International Academy of Retail Banking (UK). He is also a Fellow of CIMG and was awarded CIMG 2010 Marketing Practitioner in Ghana.

He is a past Board Chairman of the rejuvenated Savannah Accelerated Development Authority (SADA) now Northern Development Authority (NDA). His tenure as Board Chairman provided the needed support for master planning to accelerate development in the savannah zone. Adam is also a former Non-Executive Director of Fidelity Bank and a former President and Chairman of the Governing Council of Institute of Loan and Risk Management, Ghana...

He occupied Senior Management positions at the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) from July 2003 to November 2015 including Executive Head of Retail Banking. His legacy at ADB is repositioning of the brand and a massive branch expansion from 55 to 79 branches within two years (2010 – 2012). He returned to the Social Security & National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) as the Deputy Director General (Operations and Benefits) in 2016 and championed the launch of paying contributions through the banks as an innovative business model to leverage the Operations Business Solution (OBS) software. His health insurance experience date back to 1999 as a team lead in the pioneering effort of the current National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS)
He is currently the Board Chairman of FAGRO, Panel Member of the National Accreditation Board (NAB) now GTEC, Adjunct Lecturer (UGBS), Lead Consultant for CIMG localization agenda which includes introducing the first ever Professional Marketing Qualifications in Ghana and Continuing Professional Development leading to Chartered Marketer Status. He is also a Global Professional Mentor on CIM (UK) mentoring scheme.
Adam studied at the South Bank University, London, the University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and the International Labour Organization (ILO), Italy.



EVELYN AMA DENCHERN BRAIMAH-BOARD MEMBER

Mrs Evelyn Denchern Braimah is an Administrative, Finance, M&E, Marketing and Gender expert who has worked with corporate organizations over the last 10 years. She has served as a Fund Manager to Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) She has provided technical, managerial and operational expertise in executing European, and government funded developmental projects that have enhanced rural incomes and expanded livelihood opportunities. As the Commercial/Administrative/Finance Manager, she provides strategic, Administrative, Marketing and financial oversight across varied projects and multi-stakeholder, multi-institutional, interdisciplinary/multi-cultural teams with an annual budget of $15,000,000. She coordinates Commercial and administrative planning and has a proven record of developing and implementing financial/operational controls for effective project funds utilization and resource management....

Mrs. Evelyn Denchern Braimah is the Financial, Programmes and Administrative Manager mresponsible for operations, marketing, monitoring and evaluation, administration, planning and financial control for projects such as the Ghana Exim Youth in Greenhouse Enterprise project, Skills Development Fund (SDF) of COTVET funded by DANIDA to implement Agri-Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development Project aimed at strengthening and expanding Agri-Impact’s activities and enhancing productivity and profitability of producers and aggregators within the horticultural value chain. Through this project, she has interacted and worked with farmer based and Development Organizations, Agro-input Suppliers, Agro-processors, Supermarkets and Agribusiness Platforms in Ghana. She is experienced in managing over 200 greenhouses under more than 10 greenhouse projects and trainings in Ghana.
And she is quiet conversant with USAID/EU funded projects in terms of proposal writing, budgeting, implementation, M&E and reporting. She provides project and business financial management to value chain firms.
She is currently the Programms/Finance/Administrative Manager for Agri-Impact Consult coordinating projects and programs such as Ghana EximBank Youth in Greenhouse Enterprise Project, Ghana Cassava Industrialization Partnership Project (GCIPP) funded by AGRA, Entrepreneurship for commercial seed Incubation Business (ECoSIB) funded by USAID-AGRA, Productivity Enhancement for Vegetable Value-Chain Actors (PEVVA) funded by GhanaVeg, Development and Promotion of Orange Fleshed Sweet Potato (OFSP) funded by USAID-AGRA, Smallholder Inclusive Productivity and Market Access (SIPMA) project funded by AGRA, Dorothy Kani Company Limited OFSP project funded by Exim Bank Ghana, Promoting the use of Simplified & Low cost Bamboo Greenhouse Structures funded by Skills development fund (SDF), Agri-impact Entrepreneurship and Technology Institute (AETI) and many more.
She manages portfolio of consultancies, projects and resources; coordinates and communicates with major clients including Ghana Eximbank, the Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA), New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD), AGRA, IFDC-GhanaVeg, Skills Development Fund (SDF), Multinational Companies and international development organizations and ensures projects are implemented according to donor’s guidelines, objectives and principles
Additionally, Evelyn manages the firm’s finances and ensures compliance to administrative procedures and policies. She manages and maintains the networks of the organization, maintains and improves the corporate images as well as marketing Agri-impact’s services.
Evelyn Serves as a board of director for SISSALA RURAL BANK and holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from University of Cape Coast as well as an MBA Accounting and Finance from University of Professional Studies and a member of the Chartered Institute of Accountant (CA)



RASHID FUSEINI N-DEI, ESQ.-BOARD MEMBER

Rashid comes with a rich professional and practical exposure from diverse background spanning over fifteen (15) years. His professional and industry experiences span Big Four practice, telecommunication, financial services, IT, Oil & Gas, among others..

He started his career with KPMG where he led the audit of both local and multinational entities across industries. Rashid’s other corporate exploits are Company Controlling Specialist at Ericsson AB Ghana Branch, Project Accountant at Eaton Towers Ghana, Finance business partner at Dalex Finance, Head of Finance at Fairfax Oilfield Services, Financial Accountant at GNPC-Technip Engineering Services, and currently the Group Financial Controller (GFC) at TG Holdings (GH) Ltd.
Prior to taking up the role of GFC, he was the Chief Audit Executive for the group. In this role, Rashid oversees the finance departments of all the subsidiaries of the group numbering over eight (8) entities. The subsidiaries operate in various industries such as hospitality, printing and publishing, haulage, financial services, construction, real estate, media, etc. Rashid attended the University of Ghana where he obtained the Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (BSc Admin) accounting option, and Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) finance option. He is also an alumnus of Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) where he pursued the Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB).
Rashid is a Chartered Certified Accountant with ACCA-UK, a Chartered Tax practitioner with the Chartered Institute of Taxation-Ghana,and Enterprise Risk Management ERM) specialist.He has consulted for several entities on issues of ERM.Rashid has been called to Ghana Bar as a lawyer after successfully completing the professional law course at the Ghana School of Law. He acts with passion in value addition, process improvement, ethics, and high standards.
